DSCAN Include |
This utility allows to re-use (recycle) documents in bulk processes and on the fly. An Include is usually made up of frequently used paragraphs, such as command descriptions, product descriptions, legal notices, warnings, repetitive code, signature and so on... For example, an Include related to a High temperature warning is named High_Temp_Warning.inc. During the process each time the string High_Temp_Warning is found In the Composite files (master files), the contents of that Include will be inserted into the Composite files at that location. If a correction needs to be done in the Include file, re-run the process and all the Composite files will be updated on the fly. There are two commands in this utility: Insert Multiple Includes Automatically and Insert Single Include in Text Files (allows you to rapidly insert the content of an Include file into all target documents at the location of any given string). |
